I honestly do get alot of people asking about joining the Global GFX Team.

People think that we should be making more gfx for alchemized equipments on g2k2 also, there isnt that much reason behind that since you can no longer "get" alchemized equipment...and since only a fraction of the playerbase of g2k2 use such items, its not really that important.

Anyways, here are a few points about global GA team currently:

1) I am not hiring until guildcp becomes functional again. *gasp*

2) Graal Kingdoms is by far not our only responsibility.

3) Later, I may restructure my system a bit to allow people to be hired under a Gani position.

4) I will fire people more easily! For instance, Damix will be fired officially when I can remove him from the database again.

5) I wont use any sort of blacklist policy, meaning if you get fired and show to me you have improved in areas i have deemed lacking..then you get another chance. This also means that if I simply dont like you, then that will not be a factor in determining whether you recieve a spot or not. Exceptions to this would be if you are a known hacker or you really dont get along with the team etc.

6) I will punish members who try to use their tag to get special previleges on PW's without first consulting me and recieving approval.

7) Only myself can hire for Global GA team. Please do not go to other admins like Stefan or anybody else. They can only recommend to me, but I realize that usually this implies that those individuals were approached and asked to be hired, instead of myself being approached...so yea you'd do better just comming to me heh.
