Rp events are alot more complex than how you put it. You gotta get everyone organized, you gotta make sure everyone will be "happy' in the end of the rp event, You gotta make sure all the levels are ready for the event, then you gotta deal with all the pm's while your doing it.
So just don't give me Sh*t if you haven't experienced it for yourself.
