I think it would be better with no panel, that way its more interactive and fun for the players. PWA Panel can decide on the final 2, then players vote.
Or maybe people can vote for someone and say why they want to nominate them. Instead of you going to Managers. Or maybe Managers vote for a staff is worth 2 votes? |
