Scamming should be legal, its in real life and its in the game if you don't wanna be scammed know who to trust, if its iffy don't trust em simple as that. If you don't want to be stole from use secure trading. If you don't want to be PKed stay on Peaceful. There are always ways to avoid the problems I see so often talked about on these threads.

There are ways to avoid problems, yes, you're right. .. unfortunately, they take away from the fun quite a bit.
