Actually, while roaming around on 2k1 (Bomy Moon. Whatever) a week or so ago, I had my Baddies tag on and Mister Osrs decided he wanted in.
Him: "whois the leader of baddies"
Me: "No you can't join."

Osrs was bound to do something bad. I believe it was found that he would when he asked to be staff only on the 50th time or so.
