Then it should take a bit longer than ogma/govannon who are (high) for enchant, but shorter than diancecht who is (low). i think it may determine the level you need to be too, because aengus (my god) is medium like bile, but he won't give me +2 even though i'm level 9 wisdom (its a katana btw
) so it might be every 4th level for high, 5th for med, 6th for low, but i'm probably wrong on that so don't quote me :P
