Seriously, it's not hard to create a new account and then upgrade it. It's not like you're stuck with that one account to upgrade. The fact that he made the account with that name in the first place (or that he uses it) only proves that he uses it at his consent.
Of course, he could have been forced to use that name... if "urmomizawh**e" was already taken.
