Kingdom wars can be very imbalanced with attacks always being stronger than defense, because attackers can attack whenever they want and whenever they have strong numbers, but defenders cannot always be ready to defend and available online.

One problem, though is how to enforce RP standards?

Perhaps there can be two standards, one for raids, and one for seiges, where by RP standards, seiges must be announced and only from seiges can an attack result in the fall of a Kingdom or demands be placed on the hapless vanquished defenders.
