help... my friend's account won't work

This is for my friend.. after he upgraded his account it still keeps on saying trial when he logs in on the graal website and he still can't save his items on the graal servers... his account is "theblackwordsman" if and mods can check it out. Thanks... he does have the receipt from paypal. Thanks for ur time |
