Well, I think the push/pull system would be a good idea. Just because someone is weak doesn't mean they are stupid though, I think it would be hard to push a low level all the way into a rabbit until they died. Also, maybe you could make it so you can only push/pull someone a certain distance until they move themselves again, if that's possible.
