Some people want it so a level 12 is GARAUNTEED to beat a level 11.
Some people want puny levels 5's to be more even with level 12's.
Why can't we just keep it like it is? It is FINE! Of course someone who plays alot and has a powerful weapon is going to be someone who plays an hour a week. |
