Its easier (and somtimes faster) to put together something in a 3D space than on a 2D space granted you know what you are doing to some extent. I've only worked a little bit with UnrealED for UT. Its fairly easy up until you reach the point where you want complex brushes for trees, buildings, or other objects. If you don't have some kind of external modeler, you're pretty much screwed unless you can work around it. This would be my situation. Aside from that, finding/creating good textures might be troublesome.

Also, Graal having a 3D engine doesn't mean all the Playerworlds will use it. Only those that probably want to use it (like me!).
