That's not the problem. The problem is that this entire game is based on "level up as high as you can, pray for 500 hours so you can have an awesome weapon and kill everyone". No one wants to devote that much time just so they can enjoy a fun level that the strongest players have. Sure, we need to have strong players, but also you need to have other goals in the game too.

What about mercantile trading? Can't you get strong, or let's say, extremely wealthy by being a good merchant? What about a blacksmith? Shouldn't he be able to make super strong things and very effective tools if he excels at it? How about farmers and miners, can't they get some sort of incentive for doing what they do best? No

This whole game is based around "let's kill each other and level up to the max so we can kill everyone" and new players won't start accepting this ideology.
