hireing npc mercinarys... thats a cool idea. or maby the money could be used to hire the players who arrn't in a kingdom as mercenarys? maby if you don't have a kingdom tag, but you like to rp, then you could get a "mercinary" tag! just don't make it so people have to apply for it, because it would suck if the reviewer had a grudge against you!

the money should be used so the kingdom can buy a new town and other improvements like wharves, shipyards, and stables, and other things, not to mention to help on the upkeep of houses of kingdom members.
