house furniture

I think that the house tables should be made so players can set items on them (but only the person who set the item and the owner of the house can take it off).

this way, players who have house-shops can have it so people can place orders in letters for other things for sale on the table(s).

not to mention it would give the tables more of a use.

also, the cauldrons should be removed from shops and made so you make it in a smithy like you would a chest... the cauldrons should however cost a massive amount given being what they are... like maby 30-50 iron plates or something unreasonably large like that. and they should be made to function like furniture so the house owner can set it in the floor without worring about it being taken by a so called "friend".

in addition, alchemy should be cast-able in houses, but will only effect cauldrons, so you wont destroy the items of the house, and can still do alchemy in the comfort of your own home... just like in real life!

last thing, furniture should have a funtion were it can be "locked in place" by the house owner by right clicking on it so he/she can grab it and click on it without worrying about haveing to put it back down... say you wanted to pick up an item on a rug, but don't want to ruin your formation.
