buying spells for people...and everyone learning it..
I dont think thats right...
taxes were made to improve on the kingdom,make the kingdom bigger, more towns.
Lets say a new system would be made, that every 4-5 days you will see damage upon homes/stores, holes, cracks, etc, the tax money would fix that, and use little money to pay for the NPC army. |
