No, it isn't bad, nor is the person foolish for missing that tidbit of information. But it is strange that some people cannot find the means to upgrade, or create a new account when the options are available to everyone in the most obvious places. From that, we expect that people would know how to upgrade, or create an account if need be. Or in the case that you presented, Kaimetsu, they would at least be able to find the information easily with little need of aid. |
