Actually; to support the arguments of Tseng and Kae (Not that they need it…) I do believe that it should be common knowledge for a manager, or a co-manager to know the basic aspects of Graal; such as upgrading an account. True, upgrading an account has little to do with a server’s development, but Graal in a whole is the manager’s work environment.
Example: A manager of a department store does not walk into his store and not know where the electronics department is; similarly, the common knowledge of not knowing how to upgrade an account should not be oblivious to a server manager. Like the store manager knows his store like the back of his hand; the server manager is assumed to know at least the common things about Graal; especially the things that stand out as plain as day!
True, it has little to do with the development of the server as I have said before; but would this not be the common knowledge of anyone who opens the Graal client and logs on to play Graal/work on their respective server on a regular basis? I would certainly hope so.
I don’t want to beat a dead horse any longer, and it is not that much of a big deal to begin with. Also; if you haven’t tried looking, The Graal Store has an option for upgrading accounts via PayPal. You can find that
here.
