Note:
Nearly all dialup services buy a single range, ie aaa.bbb.ccc.* - 256 IPs - on each server. Sometimes they will have more than one server, so that in addition to aaa.bbb.ccc.*, you might have ddd.eee.fff.*. Often these two are closely linked, as an ISP will buy their IPs from the same upstream service, so you're likely to have aaa.bbb.ccc.* and aaa.bbb.fff.*.
However, an IP History Box or tool would be handy. Probably a tool. If it gets desperate I'll make a java app that reads your IP, consults the file, and either adds it as a range or a static so that after a week of using it you have your IP range as tight as possible. |
