The detailing looks very repetitive, try using a wider variety of tiles for it.
The house is good, but I tend to not like the wide variety of tiles, some colors tend to clash.
One more thing, your paths looks very nice. A lot of people can not put those two together, but you did it perfectly where it's still flowing and doesn't look rough. Real nice job on the paths
