My suggestion is to kick out the 1-2 levls and extend that Dec 5th due date to about christmas. What you are asking for is hard to do and not all of your most loyal members will make it. Your plan doesnt seem logical. Sry for posting on your forum section. This Kingdom is the only one I like.
