Ummm, ok, they don't look too similar. Just calm down, it's not the end of the world. My opinion, why you want to copy that level? As I said before, too many clashing colors. The fact that he used a similar combination might be because he liked it so he figured he'd try it. It's not like he copied the layout/design of your level, just tryed some of the tile combination. Don't get all huffy over something like this when in fact it's not a big problem.
