I guess I'll solve the poor guys problem, You cannot learn the skill simply because your character is, well, stupid. I think you INT score must be well under ten, and you need to level up in Mental, rather than other skills, the best way is through woodsman, ID a bunch of things and you'll be lv3 mental in no time. |
