Computer specs have nothing to do with flat lining connection.

You school has broadband.. Possibly T1 or T3 running the entire district I'm sure whileas you are running cable or ADSL.. which are slower than the ones above. Even with the ammount of users at once the T1 or T3 your school runs will still be faster than you.
Heheheh, I love it when someone shoots someone down .. that must have been so satisfying for you Bezerker .. hah (I must seem rather sick in saying that!). Yeah, you're right there though, schools run on much faster connections than do home computers .. my father had worked in a public district (though he recently retired) and they were going to upgrade the network so it could download .. I think it was 1000MB a second .. something like that. Yeah, hahahah, my cable connection can NOT do that.
