Looks alright.

It is too linear, as Shadowless mentioned. You seem to use the four corner-grass clump a lot.

The mushrooms look sortof nice, but will really annoy the player when he is running about it. I wish mushrooms were choppable. ;o

Anyways, I think it is around 6 and 7 out of 10.

You could easily make great levels, if you made stuff look more natural, and varied tiles more.
