House Transferring/Taking Down

Should there be like an option to ttake down your house?
And depending o your constitution you get more supplies back?
Like if you take it down when the const is 100% you get ALL your supplies back besides the 100 palt for the building flag.. O.o?
Id like to move my house from Zormite to Dustari.. and from Crescent Isle to Dustari O.o |
