Well here's what I think:
You need to get powdered spells to add to your ring while its being made..
Like "Powedered spell of Speed" so you make the ring out of iron and stone.. then you can chose to add a few spells maybe... max 3.. and powder spells are made from alchemists who boil legs and hearts (etc..) then put them on a grill and smoke them .. then they turn into powdery ashes.. the ashes RANDOMLY chose something like speed, strength, charm.. and they range from +.5 to +4 ? |
