What are the restrctions on MIDI submission?

I have some REALLY COOL MIDI that I want to submit but I don't know if I can submit ones that are not of my own work...These MIDI are from the SNES game "Legend Of The Mystical Ninja" and they are sooooooooooooooooo cool! How Do I submit? |
