What does the "(high)" mean? I know it has nothing to do with level; I've seen people with low levels enchant with gods that say "(high)" there. Does that just mean how good the actual enchantment is? Anyway .. how can one know which weapons will be enchanted and which won't .. or can all weapons be enchanted?
