Around a year and a half ago, there were no rights, just levels. Level 1 was warpto, 2 had like warp players, 3 had open attributes and ban, and 4 had set accounts.
Stefan then made a right system for RC. PW accounts were made by the Account Admin (Like Delteria_GP1) and given to the owner who could change the password and set the level/right. To have FTP, you would have to have a FTP browser such as cute FTP or run it off of internet explorer. |
