thats how our government is set up, it doesnt need those other things to run, just a king, elder, and a group of elected citizens...thats fair dont you think? everybody has a chance.
Also most of it is level based rank advancement but there are options left for you if you dont want to do that. anybody can be citizen if they want. but if you are going to have a job as your rp dude you would probably want to go in economist sect |
