Is this a good-ish level?

I need this level rated, im a scriper so I thought I'd learn how to make better levels. Please give me some tips and stuff on how to make it better, or how to make any level good. Just some level tips :P
By the way it's one of my npc test levels thats why there are some npc's floating about in the background (not physically floating).
