As for the guided arrows I wrote at the bottom they don't bypass ac and wc. But I guess you could have understood. Although I guess bolts will be for accuracy.
But the black arrow isn't unbalanced because have you ever tried archery? It's pretty hard to hit the target no? And you would have to be pretty skilled, and pretty rich to waste around 25 platinum on one arrow that can still fail by your aiming, your wc, their ac. |
