I didnt see "No negitive remarks towards people" in the rules, please correct me if it is there. Yes, it is not a good thing to say nasty things to people but unless it is in the rules then people will continue to do it.
And if you want to get technical, I didn't really ask him to be harmed, I asked him to get hit by a bus. If I said "please get hit by a bus so your head flys off" then yes, that would be wishing him harm. I could wish him to get hit by a bus and not get harmed, (yes that is possible) but i didnt specify whether I wanted him to or not.
