Actually, I am learning about the North-South controversies now. The prime cause of the civil war WAS slavery and political beliefs. The southern leaders of the states were Democrats and WERE RICH. They decided to secede. Nearlly 70% of all states excluding Virginia and South Carolina did not want to secede. The political people decided it for them. |
