The key word in your sentance is
WAS... but since the lawsuit or so I've been told... Graal had to isolate itself from Zelda. So therefore Graal is Graal and Zelda is Zelda... not Graal is Zelda
And not really... Graal 2002 is creative and not alot of idea stealing is going on.
