I think by family game they mean a game suitable for children as well as older people. The idea of a family unit that does activies together is long gone. I doubt they would play graal anyways.
And profanities are very childish things. And having to listen to them is improper at all age levels. The idea of raising a well dressed quite "only speaks unless spoken to" type of child who would run and tell his mommy if he ever heard a foul word is long gone to. If all a game has is some limited profantiy I say it's very suited for children.
I am also 99.99% certain that the description of Graal as a tamed family game (which I agree it is) was to convince parents to allow their chidlren to purchase accounts via credit card.
BTW last thought profanity is something we can't prevent, gore and guts can. |
