I think that if you are going to get a playerworld as private, you have to show some decent progress in a report you send into a GM every month or something..
There may be servers online that do absolutely nothing, maybe, for example, Krynn (THIS IS TOTALLY THEORETICAL) and they've been online for months with no sign of progress. They should be shut down. |
