Umm...I'm not familiar with the jailing system, but from what Corpse said (If he indeed said it), which was "willow" "****" "999"
It would seem that it was a jailing command, 999 being the number of rocks, **** being the reason, and willow being the
account
Of course, like usual, I'm probably wrong.
