#1, I never said it was necessary, is this forum only for life-or-death matters?

#2, I didn't mean the NPC Server would be the one telling you. There could be other ways of doing it.
oh, and
#3, People do get tired of logging on to 2k2 when the server's down... I don't know if you play much or not but some people get nicely screwed up logging on at bad times. There, that's a good reason, right?
