I like msot of those rules, but I think it would be better if like an emial would be sent to the admins email that he used when making the guild- It would say what is wrong and he has X number of days to fix it depending on what it is (so for example if someone in your guild has a bad name you can get them to change it or remove them; things that are not the admins fault, etc..)

If I do that then I'll add the rule that you have to use a valid email or else lose guild privileges
