I'm below 18. I feel in no way insulted. They want adults for the higher jobs. Makes perfect sense to me. And regarding Nemesis, he's 20 something, a great guy on and off Graal, true he could be more active but he does better than anyone else I've seen so I'll back him up. He's a badass and that's all there is to it.
