2) Player levels up to level 2 and it removes (or maybe 3)

As for dying
Death by Monsters = Lost in stats and exp
Death by Players = No Lose other than your pride and maybe a body part (Or if you want some lost make them lose some unbagged unwielded item

I like that, especially the first part. Newbies should be invulnerable until they attack another player, or level up to a point where they can at least have some chance against attackers. Peaceful should be disabled for all other players.
