1) You don't. Seeing as servers like N-Pulse, Valikorlia, and UN will never get up there I don't see any server submitted by "the players" woudl be accepted for Gold.
2) People pay money to play these servers, and to even have a chance your server would have to be equal to the values of Graal 2k1/2k2. So I guess if you impressed Stefan enough that could POSSIBLY happen but I wouldn't count on it.
3) 2k1 was the first NPC-Server run server. Therefore it is a working progression of Graal since March of last year.

5) If you wanted to get one up i'd suppose it being nearly 100% complete in levels would be nice. But then again you'd never get it up so
