No, it doesn't deserve a red fail, it was quite good actually. I wouldn't be surprised if the server was turned back in within a few weeks for another review, because there wasn't much wrong with it. Take your time on the website too, no sloppy low quality ones, make it as good a quality as you would your levels, NPC's on your server itself, no need to rush.
