It's because everybodies wc is high. The max you can have is 30 and the minimum (good) is -72. And you start pretty high (bad) 17-20. Yet there are very few ways to gain wc. You gain one per level (every level in pysichal you achieve that is) and wc rings give +1 or +2 wc at most. |
