I like the GIF Construction Set Professional and PNG/MNG Construction blah blah from Alchemy Mindworks. Both are free shareware downloads. The primary GFX editor is actually MSPAINT, so it's easy to use, but the program converts it to GIFs or PNG/MNGs. I'd post a link but someone might decide to ban me for reasons I have no control over...
Go to Yahoo and search for "mindworkshop" (all 1 word). You'll find the site easily enough; at least one of their pages should be like the top link. |
