If there was more to armor you can add more pros and cons but this is pretty much all I see =/
Weapons would pretty much go the same way.

Too unbalanced :-\. I don't see how Pirates fit as a kingdom though, they pretty much only raided ships and stuff, but, hell, I guess it'd still be fun.
