You chould justify those kind of actions (if they are true) when Graal was still free. But this is a game players pay quite a fair amount of money to play (you could buy Morrowind instead of an account) and that entitles the buyers to some amount of proffesionalism doesn't it? And if staff shouldn't sign up for a job if they want to the right to be able to spam obsanities (taken just from what some complaints say) and violate rules normal players would be banned for breaking.
