It wasnt a flame and I'm sorry if you're taking it as such. But quoting some one and going OWNAGE! YEAH WEE! Is just sad when its not a bashing contest or a heated argument. So yes that is a childish thing to do. Also if you where ignoring it you wouldnt be stating that you are ignoring it. You would just "ignore" it. Any ways back on topic. Yes Thats based on assuming its all repeated offenses. Now some things I feel there should be a 0 tolerance for such as racism. That should go straight to no-pm jail for a specified time period. Second offense on that it should be a ban.
